Imperial House Foundations Africa-USA, IH-CI, AUFSL Information Briefing;

The Imperial House Foundation was founded in 2002 by the African Kingdoms to support the African Governments and Nations Agenda for the Eradication of Poverty on the African Continent. This towards an Economically empowered and stable but growing African Continent Internal Economy, through the development of the African Continent Rural and Urban Regions Infra-structure towards this goal. The Imperial House Foundation - Africa is a African Governmental registered NGO registered formally with the Government of Ghana Registrar General Office in Accra Ghana.

The Imperial House Foundation was expanded with Secretariats throughout Europe and South America with its Central International Head-Quarters the Imperial House Foundation USA registered to Michigan USA in 2004. The Imperial House Foundation-USA was founded and is owned by the African Kingdoms and licensed to work in 51 USA States and all around the world in accordance to the Federal recognition of USA Non-Governmental Foundation.

Imperial House - IC (IH-IC) was formed in 2007 to address the Execution of the Kingdoms Trans-African Nations Development execution needs of IHF Africa/USA. IH-IC is registered to the respective Government authorithies for ONG`s (NGOs)in Cote d`Ivoire, and covers the African Continent.

IHF & IH-IC Primary and Secondary Funding through the African Continent Kingdoms Federation - AKF-NIT Alliance Partnership, (formerly the function of African Unity Financial Services - AUFSL):-

The Imperial House Foundations Africa and USA are funded through the African Kingdoms-AKF resources throughout the Kingdoms Regions. This was further drastically enhanced in terms of large scale Projects on a National and or Trans-National Level in 2007 with the AKF - NIT Holdings Limited Alliance Partnership build on a relationship of over 2 decades, that gave the necessary Monetary input to address large-scale projects throughout the African Nations, and opened the avenue and opportunity for greater access to the needed Natural Resources to trigger the Trans-African Nations Development Agenda and IHF-NIT international Projects Agenda of H.M Decree 10th March, 2006 activation Project VII Phoenix. The Alliance placed the already members (Tribes of Africa) populous Royal Foundation representing the interest of the Kingdoms and Tribes of the Continent of Africa: to the very top Financially powerful Institutions and NGOs in and outside of Africa, in terms of Financing possibilities, however that those not include Operations support Capital for the Federation localised or day-to-day activities, which the Federation independently source through funding and donations programs, such as the USA Launched project October 29th 2009 HMS Humanity Program.

The African Kingdoms Federation and NIT has as well international authorised and licensed concern for Commercial and Industrial Financing for Development, through Commercial activities within the Kingdoms and Nations with Trans-African and International Third Party corporation for Investments, Commerce, Trade and Industry which includes licensed to sell Kingdoms Precious Minerals and other Natural Resources and Commercial Market Commodities.

The AKF-NIT Holdings Alliance

The AKF - NIT Holdings Limited Alliance Partners work primary for and within the African Kingdoms Nations and with all the respective African Nations Governments, towards the AKF Trans- African Nations Development Agenda with independent support through the corporative and Trans-African Kingdoms Nations Internal and Commercial Resources, the profits of which are then re-channelling and re-invested into the Trans-African Nations though the AKF-Imperial House Foundation.

This internal generated financial pipeline of the Federation former AFK-AUFSL Commercial concerns was decreed by the Imperial Empress Shebah `Ra - Queen Shebah III and formally executed by the IHF-USA President in early 2000 to support by Imperial Kingdom Decree the formal financing of the Development Agenda Projects through the strategic and controlled channelling of all the Continents Kingdoms and Kingdoms and Nations Generated Commerce through the former AUFSL. In 2007 the Imperial Empress Decreed that the AKF-NIT Holdings Partnership should replace AUFSL and expand its possibilities for stronger support of the AKF Humanitarian and Commercial objectives.

This capital is thereafter by the AKF directed to the IHF Financing and fulfilment step by step, of critical Local and Development Projects for the Nations. As such, addressing the African Nations Development needs of the Trans-African Nations People, through the Nations People direct participation, and paid by the Nations generation and re-generation of the African Nations Wealth of Resources through the AKF-NIT Holdings Alliance Partners and Decree 10th March 2006, in support of the African Governments and National Development Ministries Development Agenda.
