The Rulers are not seen as an independent individual but an extension of the lineage and personages and spirit of past Sovereigns, in short they are seen as one and the same as there ancient bloodline counterparts, of there lines, or returned ancient spirits. The most important input is that of the direct lines Matriarchal Family lines, in general the throne Matriarch followers are long established before the birth of the lines or even there parents in accordance to ancient systems of laws. African Kingdoms Rulers are in power for life and hereditary throne followers are chosen by the present rulers based on the ancient laws or by the Kingdoms Elders if a throne follower was not decided upon clearly by the past Monarchs in accordance to the ancient Kingdoms ruling.

African Kingdoms Past and Present International and Global Governmental Relations
.
Past:
.
Prior to Colonisation in Africa the African Kingdoms had open and direct relations with Western and International Monarchies and then Monarchical Governments. Due to the circumstances of pre-colonial and post-colonial history and the later historical periods of Foreign Protectorates and internal influences within Africa, this relationship greatly changed from one of direct contacts to a minimum of global contact or indirect through National Government when in matters of Foreign Affairs or Kingdoms supported National Matters of Trans-African Global interest.
.
In most cases the global generations of the past 5 decades have little or incorrect knowledge of the African Kingdoms, there general history or even there very prominent presence yet today. This in part due to the lack of general internal African Kingdoms past interest for global Affairs, Global misconception on and about Africa, media portrait, global educational knowledge of the Trans-African Kingdoms Nations, global interest and Politics.
.
Present:
.
The present day Empire Imperial Empress has focus critically over the past 2 decades on building step by step the avenues for better and stronger relationships between the International Communities Governments and the African Kingdoms, which the Imperial Empress has emphasise is a critical step towards the future of a stronger Africa. Over the past half a decade that has paid of with strong ties and support with the United States of America, France and Switzerland and growing stronger ties with the European Union and within the United Nations.
.
In 2007 the Imperial Empress expanded ties of a non-Governmental level with China/Asia with the signing of the formal Agreement with Hong-King based American CFO Mr. Perry Nolan Hammer a member of the IHF International Executives to form the African Kingdoms NIT-IHF - Africa, with NIT Holdings and NIT International - China/Europe, in support of the Empires Trans-African Rural and Urban Regions Infra-structure and Trans-African Nations Development Agenda. In 2008 the Imperial Empress has empahasise that the relationship with Europe/European Union/European Commission must further be expanded upon as one of the Empires major priorities, as well as with the African Diaspora Government and non-Governmental Organisations towards support of the further avtivation of the Kingdoms Development Agenda, in Africa.
.
The Empire Imperial Sheba Kingdom in general have more expansive international relationship and represents in matters of African Kingdom Nations the General interest of all the Kingdoms as a whole in matters pertaining to the Trans-African Kingdom Nations and there interest. A few African Kingdoms that are active globally have in some cases direct relations as well with respective international Governments and/or International Organisations.
.
The Highest Kingdom entity on such matters is that of the Office of the Imperial Sovereign Head of the Kingdoms; the Imperial Matriarch H.I.M Imperial Empress Shebah `Ra - Queen Shebah III or the Imperial Matriach appointed heads of Imperial Empire Central Cabinet or Empire Central Government.

The African Kingdoms Chambers of Sovereigns - TRAKCOS

In the early 2000s the African Federations of Kingdoms by decree of the Imperial Matriarch in other to strengthen the African internal efforts for Peace and Development within Africa and stronger global relations broke with decades of principle global silence. This was accomplished through the inauguration and formation of the Trans-African Kingdoms international organisation and entities.
.
These Trans-African Kingdoms decreed entities such as TRAKCOS - The African Kingdoms Chambers of Sovereigns and African Kingdoms Imperial House Foundations - Africa/USA and European Secretariats thereof, of primary purpose is to formally endorse as a collective unity; to strengthen and support the Trans-African National Governments efforts for Peace and Economical Stability within the Trans-African Nations through internal Development and to the combat the deadly diseases affecting the African Continents general Population.

This move by the Kingdoms to the Kingdoms Nations Populations was critical, for it endorsed within the Kingdoms Tribal Nations and Royal Chiefdoms there respective Kingdoms support of the Agenda, and initiatives of African and Global Governments and Institutions and as such gaining the greater support of the respective Nations People as a unified Community.
.
This  for the respective Trans-African and global initiatives of there National Governments through the collective Kingdoms Nations open and formally endorse support to there respective Kingdom Nations to support the respective endorsed Trans-African or National initiatives of the African Union and ECOWAS Nations with the Globally Community.
